How to Cancel a Transaction and request a refund?
You can request a refund of a completed payment by sending an email to refund@azrielsystems.com and request for cancelation of your transaction
AND you MUST include the Transaction ID you received on completion of transaction.
ALL refunds will be charged a 20% off the Original payment made.
You can request a refund up to 7 days after you pay for your item. If you sent a payment, but it's still pending, you can Cancel it on your Admin Portal as long as you see the "Cancel" button next to it.
If the payment isn't claimed within 7 days, it will be automatically refunded to you.
You may also request a refund of your money if you didn’t receive your item/service within 24hrs of fully payment completion.
If you sent the payment using mobile money, the refund will be sent to the phone number used within 48hrs, if you used a
debit or credit card, the refund will be sent to the card used and it may take up to 30 days for the card to be credited, If you sent your payment using a bank account and the payment is canceled, it will be refunded to your bank account and the process may complete within 7-14 business days.
If AzrielSystems performed currency conversion for your transaction and a refund is issued:
• Within 1 day of the date of the original payment, AzrielSystems’s transaction exchange rate (including a currency conversion spread)
used at the time of the original payment will apply.
• Beyond 1 day of the date of the original payment, AzrielSystems’s transaction exchange rate (including a currency conversion spread)
on the date of the refund will apply.
Money will be refunded in the currency you paid; or if we are unable to refund in the currency you paid, in your primary holding currency; or we are unable to refund in your primary holding currency, then in UGX.
